"Approximately, 10 days ago, my wife and I came home from vacation. To our shock we found that a water pipe had ruptured. Instinctively we shut the water main off. My wife and I agreed to call on ServPro of Walnut. They are the experts in dealing in these situations. They arrived at our home within minutes. Moises, Project Manager, Chris, Joshua and Anderson, setup the appropriate equipment within minutes. The next day Anderson and Joshua returned to check on the progress of their equipment: removing the dampness in our home. Anderson and Joshua, returned day after day checking on the progress being made to remove the dampness. Mean while, Anderson and Joshua carefully put our things in boxes before placing them .in a pod provided by ServPro. Moises would come every other day to check on the progress made by Anderson and Joshua and equipment. Anderson and Joshua, provided us everyday with positive feedback with the progress of our project. Yesterday, Eddie, from ServPro came in to tell us that our project has been successful completed. In coming days we are to get bids in replacing the water damaged areas in our home. The back bone that makes any project a success is the positive atmosphere generated by management. T.E.A.M.
