We recently had the pleasure of working with SERVPRO for mold removal and remediation. Two of our three bathrooms were infested. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Approximately, 10 days ago, my wife and I came home from vacation. To our shock we found that a water pipe had ruptured. Instinctively we shut the water main off. My wife and I agreed to call on ServPro of Walnut. They are the experts in dealing in these situations. They arrived at our home within minutes. Moises, Project Manager, Chris, Joshua and Anderson, setup the appropriate equipment within minutes. The next day Anderson and Joshua returned to check on the progress of their equipment: removing the dampness in our home. Anderson and Joshua, returned day after day checking on the progress being made to remove the dampness. Mean while, Anderson and Joshua carefully put our things in boxes before placing them .in a pod provided by ServPro. Moises would come every other day to check on the progress made by Anderson and Joshua and equipment. Anderson and Joshua, provided us everyday with positive feedback with the progress of our project. Yesterday, Eddie, from ServPro came in to tell us that our project has been successful completed. In coming days we are to get bids in replacing the water damaged areas in our home. The back bone that makes any project a success is the positive atmosphere generated by management. T.E.A.M. I recently experienced a water leak in my home. My insurance recommended Servpro of Walnut and I couldn't have been more happier with the services I received. Everyone that I dealt with at Servpro of Walnut, from the office to the people working in my home, were professional, caring and knowledgeable. Having complete strangers go into a someone’s home, particularly the bedroom, is a very uncomfortable feeling. However, the workers that arrived were very respectful and compassionate of the circumstances. Moses, Cesar and the rest of the crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They also adhered to Covid protocols, which was very relieving. I also need to mention the employees who do the scheduling (Gigi, Savanah and others), they did a great job of communicating, letting me know when the workers were going to arrive and worked around my schedule. Overall, I’m very pleased with the specialty services ServPro provides and I'm impressed with the level of customer service training the employees receive to ensure customer satisfaction and would highly recommend their services

On Sunday, my water heater burst and flooded my home. Servpro came out to my home immediately after I called them and removed all the standing water from my home. Their office staff was very professional in answering all my questions and even assisted me on how to file a claim with my insurance company. I cannot recommend Servpro enough

I was so impressed by the responsiveness and overall customer service of Cris Hernandez and his team. I called a while ago about some water damage on my ceiling caused by a water heater leak. I was confused on the process of how water mitigation worked but Cris was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I’m a new property owner. They really did a good job and help mitigate the saturated areas. I will definitely call Servpro again!
I wish there were more than 5 starts to give Servpro. I had such a great, easy, smooth experience with them. I had water damage from a leak in my kitchen. Within an hour of contacting them, there were technicians at my door. They were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and what would happen in the days to come. A pipe burst at my house flooded my house. Southern van in front of my neighbor’s house.. They were responded quickly. They communicated great. They Communicated and got approval from the insurance company. They got everything done and got my house back in Ordered in a timely fashion. Thank you, Surf pro you are awesome. Very impressed by Shannon at SERVPRO of Walnut! She provided excellent and patient customer service to me during a time where I desperately needed emergency services for a sudden leak, causing water damage and mold to grow at my home. Shannon was there for me throughout the whole two week process and was very flexible and kind with accommodating scheduling changes and instructions to be given to the technicians. The technicians were also very prompt and trustworthy. I left them a lockbox to work on the moisture drying, mold containment, and mold remediation and was happy to return to the home with little to worry about. They're a AAA approved vendor for moisture drying and mold remediation and it shows. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys; and take it from me: ask for Shannon!

I have always dreaded the moment where I would have to call my insurance to file a claim. Manuel and Steven really took the time to make the process easier and was very communicative and transparent with the whole process. They really made sure the adjustor was involved in all the decisions. When the ship hits the fan, you want this crew to take care of your property and service it like it didn't even happen.
Paul Gutierrez came today to our home as we recently woke up to a flooded kitchen and bathroom over the weekend. Our washing machine burst and flooded our home. Moises and his team arrived within an hour after we contacted them and began removing all the standing water and placing equipment. As stressful as this situation was, Moises treated my family and I with compassion and were respect. They guided us throughout the entire process of cleaning and restoring our home. I wasn’t entirely sure we would get our home back to normal, however after seeing my home restored better than how it was before, I was quick to write this review.

Recently I encountered a water damaged in one of my properties I had no Idea of the whole process that it takes when situations like this happen, I called Servpro of walnut all their staff was really helpful and guided me through out the process, Chris the technician that was here for the inspection also answered all my questions and explained me the process. SERVPRO of Walnut is fantastic! They are very professional and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. A few months ago I had water damage to my home caused from a pipe leak in my bathroom. My insurance agent referred me to them and once I contacted them they assured me that I was in good hands and they were absolutely riThe office took down all my information and sent a crew out within the hour. The guys that arrived on site explained everything in detail and started the drying process by placing equipment in all the rooms affected. Melissa from the office would contact me everyday to schedule an appointment for the next day to have a technician check the drying status and make sure the equipment was running correctly. Everyone that I spoke with from the office to the technicians were very helpful and answered all my questions and never left me feeling confused. Great job Servpro!

Jason and his crew came to my property to remove our moldly walls and flooring. I was so anxious about them leaving a huge mess for me to clean up. I was happily surprised when they left the place cleaner than I had left it! They did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

Moises V. and his crew were very responsive, informative and carefully explained the claims/ restoration process to us. The 5 days in a row they had to come to our house to inspect drying equipment they were on time, explained what they were doing and checked if we had any questions.
